Hi Sherry,

I was so happy to get your e-mail.  I really liked your picture, you haven't changed at all!

I've been married for 25 years to a wonderful man, Ted.  He is my knight in shinny armor. Our daughter and myself have a nickname for him 110% Ted. Ted works for California Office Furniture, designing offices and the such. Ted has been with California Office for 30 years.

I work for Dr. Robert Daby on Alhambra Blvd. in Sacramento. I started with his dad 35 years ago and stayed in that practice for all those years. The practice (oral surgery) was sold several times and like the furniture.......I stayed.  :)  Several years ago I decided I'd retire. That lasted 1 month and Dr. Daby's son called me in his office and told me to come back to work with him.  I didn't want to. It was general dentistry and I knew nothing about nothing.....!!!!!  He didn't give me a choice and demanded that I report to work the next morning. I did!  What is wrong with that picture. I've never done what I was told!  But I did and there I am.

Ted and I have a place at Dillon Beach. Ted at one time was commercial fishing out of Bodega and Dillon Beach for Salmon. He has since given that up and just sport fishes with our brother in law.  I don't know if you are familiar with that area but it is really neat.  We have a permanent trailer at Lawson's Landing.  Season starts and we are there every weekend rain, shine, wind, snow, hail, thunder storms, (get the picture)  :)   It's truly a lot of fun.  I do a lot of exploring and never bore of anything to do with the ocean.  We eat a lot of fish, abalone and clam's during the summer that is for sure.

We have a beautiful daughter and son-in-law and were recently given a wonderful grandson. Kellie graduated from Cal Poly in Micro-bi with honors. THEN she went into teaching. She loves it.  Her husband is a teacher as well in the Ag Dept.  Mark is a rancher as well and raises Black Angus Cattle.  A very busy couple.  But the nice part is they live in Galt as well and we are very close.  My face is always happy.  Mother's day consisted of going horseback riding along the river and a dinner cooked by the boys.  I've not changed..........I love the out doors.

IHope to hear from you soon,

Lexie
